Wine Informations :

Vinification: Destemming then pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperature between 12 and 14 degrees for 10 days.
Terroirs: Silicious clay, sprinkled with pieces of flint
Food / wine: this wine should be drunk very fresh, alone as an aperitif or with shellfish and fish dishes or various starters. It also goes perfectly with goat cheese
