Domaine de Ju - AOP Ventoux 2018
This wine has a beautiful golden color.
The nose is intense and complex with notes of pear, white flowers, citrus fruits and herbal tea.
The palate is well balanced with freshness, minerality and tension, a nice roundness and a good length.
Wine Informations :
Grape varieties: 80% Roussanne, 20% Clairette
Vinification: Destemming then pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperature between 12 and 14 degrees for 10 days.
Terroirs: Silicious clay, sprinkled with pieces of flint
Food / wine: this wine should be drunk very fresh, alone as an aperitif or with shellfish and fish dishes or various starters. It also goes perfectly with goat cheese
