Grape varieties: 100% Syrah
Vinification: Destemming, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, vatting for 2 to 3 weeks in concrete vats. Vines from around 10 to 60 years old
Aging: 10% of the wines are aged in vats and 90% in barrels and wooden vats for 1 year
Terroirs: Stony alpine diluvium
Food / wine: Accompanied by a traditional meal
