  • Wine Informations :

    Grape varieties: 90% Mourvèdre, 5% Grenache, 5% Cinsault

    Vinification: Traditional vinification, whole cluster maceration with indigenous yeasts. Fermentation for 4 to 5 weeks.

    Ageing: Aging in French oak barrels for 22 months, with secondary fermentation known as malolactic.

    Terroirs: clay-limestone soils, 100-year-old vines.

    Food / Wine: Rare beef tenderloin, roasted vegetables, chicken with mushroom sauce ...
