Ruby red in color with a fruity and aromatic taste. Supple and pleasant wine.

  • Wine Informations :

    Grape varieties: Mainly Carignan and a little Mourvèdre

    Vinification: Traditional vinification, whole cluster maceration with indigenous yeasts. Fermentation for 3 to 4 weeks.

    Aging: Aging in French oak barrels for 18 months with secondary fermentation called malolactic.

    Terroirs: clay-limestone soils, 50-year-old vines.

    Food / Wine: Charcueterie / cheese platters, poultry in sauce, red meats ...
