Vinification: Traditional vinification, whole cluster maceration with indigenous yeasts. Fermentation for 3 to 4 weeks.
Aging: Aging in French oak barrels for 18 months with secondary fermentation called malolactic.
Terroirs: clay-limestone soils, 50-year-old vines.
