Green yellow dress. Superb nose with aromas of elderflower, lychee, a hint of grapefruit peel ... On the palate, a blend of roundness and freshness with an almond finish that gives fullness and a good length in the mouth.

  • Wine Informations :

    Grape varieties: Muscat petit grain and Macabeu

    Vinification: Vinification is done in stainless steel vats. After a light pressing, a settling of approximately 48 hours is carried out cold. The start of fermentation is done with indigenous yeasts.

    Ageing: In stainless steel vats until spring and the bottling is carried out in fruit days in order to preserve all its aromatic potential.

    Terroirs: clay-limestone soils

    Food / Wine: Wine at the start of the meal, seafood, gravlax salmon, asparagus in hollandaise sauce
